Isn't she cute!
Before going to work each morning, I have to try and coax Kerbi down the stairs. She doesn't budge and usually all I'll see is her tail wagging acknowledging that she hears me. Then it's is like a game of Chicken..... how close will she let me get to her before she moves. It makes me smile every time.

Chocolates, Chocolates everywhere.

Well...... it started off Dan making Truffles for family at Christmas and other gatherings. Several years later we are now making and selling them. Orders started coming in just before Christmas and now with Valentines Day and Easter approaching, the orders keep pouring in.

People in both of our work just love them. They have told their friends and we are now getting orders from people we don't even know. This has taken us both by surprise (well not really, 'cause we know that they are delicious.) Our two most popular flavours at the moment are Cherry and our Coconut Rum Truffles.
Below is a photo of me at Christmas just surveying what we had made so far. By the time we were finished, that entire table was covered with boxes of truffles. We then had the task of boxing each order. Now that took to the wee hours of the morning.
